Simon Fire Equipment is a family owned and operated business, currently with three generations working together.   All three generations have served over a combined sixty years of volunteer service to our local fire department. Simon Fire was founded in 1964, originally as Simon’s Auto Repair working on autos, trucks, and heavy equipment.  In 1980 we started manufacturing fire trucks.  Today we can accommodate all your needs pertaining to fire apparatus.
 
Being a small business and able to custom build to your specifications we are capable of manufacturing between 8 to 10 units a year.  

We operate out of a 18,000 sq. ft. facility in Farley, Iowa USA.  We still repair heavy trucks, do frame modifications, switch bodies, and remounts.  Our experienced staff will be able to help you from the designing of your truck to operational training.  Simon Fire Equipment builds pumpers, tankers, rescues, and quick attacks to YOUR specifications.
